I founded and manage AcoraTherapy, Gillian Fagan Consultancy and the award winning social enterprise Under The Rainbow. I’m a director with AunuaGlobal, and was Chair of the Equality Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the IACP.

I’m an Inclusion and Mental Health Specialist who loves what I do! Knowing that each person is unique I don’t pathologise or use a singular modality in my work, although I take a science based, anti-oppressive approach.

Among many things I’m an Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Specialist, Speaker, Trainer, Psychotherapist, Mentor and Social Entrepreneur. I am a member of WPATH and work with / train therapists on Gender & Sexual Diversity.

Curiosity put me on a path of discovery as I’m enthusiastic about human behaviour, specifically personal development, self-awareness & expression. I moved from people management into leadership and psychology and love my work.
I also love premium whiskey (collecting and drinking), good food, research, music and painting.

The type of work I specialise in as a therapist includes corporate psychotherapy, neurodiversity, trauma informed care, personality disorders, diverse relationships, sexuality, parenting, emotional regulation, minority stress, conflict, burnout, organisational structures & behaviours.
I do not diagnose, you would need to see a psychologist or psychiatrist for that.
