As the Founder & Director of Programs at MIB Institute of People Development, I am dedicated to shaping leaders, fostering diversity, and building inclusive communities. I am also the Founder & President of Sheroes Global Initiative, where we inspire and empower women and young people to step into leadership and reach their full potential.
As a re-elected Irish politician and serving on several boards and committees as Chair, Director, and Member, I am deeply committed to making Ireland’s diverse society more inclusive and equitable.
My goal is to:
