The Kindfulness Garden Project is a youth‑driven initiative transforming underutilized urban spaces into vibrant community gardens. By engaging young people aged 5–25 in hands‑on environmental activities, the project nurtures mental well‑being, social connection, and environmental stewardship, while creating greener, more resilient communities across Ireland.
