Aryan Nayak did not ease his way into his career.
Within months of finishing his undergraduate degree, he transitioned from an internship into a full-time role as an International University Partnerships Executive at GlbXtnt — The Campus Club.
There, he works with universities across the world to build strategic alliances and support global student recruitment.
A month into the job, he was working from Africa.
From graduate to global partnerships
A year into his role, Aryan had successfully onboarded some of the world's leading university clients and closed important international deals.
The pace of that growth is remarkable, but it did not come from nowhere.
Within months of completing university, Aryan moved from an internship into a full-time international partnerships role, working with university clients across borders.
Building the foundations early
During his undergraduate years, Aryan completed a research internship at the University of Cambridge.
There, he contributed to a research project led by the university's team.
Before he had even graduated, he had also published a research paper in an international journal.
He also volunteered with UNDP Asia and Pacific, gaining insight into global education initiatives and the systems that shape opportunity for young people worldwide.
His global career began before graduation.

Finding energy in a global career
What stands out about Aryan is his genuine love for what he does.
He describes working across time zones, navigating foreign exchange rates, adapting to different cultural expectations in client meetings, and having the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world not simply as challenges, but as some of the parts of the job he enjoys most.
The pressure of a sales role is real, he acknowledges.
But for someone who is energised by global connection and meaningful relationships, it is a pressure he embraces.
